A love for the ever-changing hair trends in the industry tore Karissa away from her 9-5 to pursue her passion for hair full time. She studied at the Aveda Institute where her natural talent thrived, and she has now been doing hair for 5 years. She loves working with people and she sees the positive in every situation.

The Client Experience is very important to Karissa. She wants her clients to feel like they have her full attention from the second they walk through the doors until the second they leave – every client deserves to feel welcomed and relaxed throughout their service.

This was my first time at Elevate and the whole experience was really great! I’m in my mid-50s and was searching without luck to find a new stylist, and was in a hair style “rut”. Hair cuts are expensive so I have been reticent to “take a chance” again. But Korie was fantastic from her knowledge and suggestions, to her wonderful personality, and ultimately a great cut! I also enjoyed the vibe at Elevate. I felt totally relaxed and happy. I will definitely be back and I’ll send my daughter to Korie too!
