Elevate Beauty Lofts is more than a salon — it’s an escape.
With a modern, minimalist vibe, the full-service Etobicoke hair and aesthetics salon is an open, airy space that’s bathed in natural light. The loft opens onto Lake Shore Blvd, a short walk from the lake. In this serene, intimate environment, Pamela Facey and her team help clients make hair and beauty dreams come true.
We believe that beauty is rooted in feeling good. Our mission is to help our clients look and feel beautiful, in a space that offers a peaceful retreat from the outside world.
Pamela Facey | Founder & Master Stylist
It was a terrible haircut that launched Pamela’s love affair with hair. Then a seventh grade tomboy with lots of curls, a misguided hairdresser lopped her hair off at the chin. It was an era before every household had a flat iron; Pamela had to learn the art of hairstyling pretty quickly. She learned it, loved it and as it turns out, was good at it. So good, that her high school aesthetics teacher told her to skip class, so her skills wouldn’t embarrass her classmates.
What followed was years of training, working and teaching, all around Toronto and the GTA. Pamela has worked in salons, grown a home-based business, styled hair on film and television sets and taught high school students. At the end of the day, Pamela is the happiest when she’s making clients’ hair dreams come true in a space all her own. She can’t wait to host you at Elevate Beauty Lofts.
My motto: Hair is the name. Hair-ology is my game. People are my passion.

Vanessa Godina | Master Stylist
Vanessa has been in the industry for over 15 years. Her passion for hair shows tremendously in her work. She’s trendy, honest, patient and a very well respected individual in the industry. Vanessa is versatile in all things hair! Whether it be colouring, playing with texture, hair extensions or creating a style for that special occasion, she’s truly a one stop shop!
My motto: The best feeling in the world is a fresh blowout!

Karissa Gritti | Stylist
A love for the ever-changing hair trends in the industry tore Karissa away from her 9-5 to pursue her passion for hair full time. She studied at the Aveda Institute where her natural talent thrived, and she has now been doing hair for 5 years. She loves working with people and she sees the positive in every situation.
The Client Experience is very important to Karissa. She wants her clients to feel like they have her full attention from the second they walk through the doors until the second they leave - every client deserves to feel welcomed and relaxed throughout their service.
Motto: Your hair is the crown you never take off.
Obsessed with: Anything to do with animals and all things caffeinated!
My best feature: Uncertified therapist who is kindhearted and detail-oriented.
Dani Carbone | Senior Stylist
Dani has been a hair pro for a long time, and her addition to the team is a reunion for her with Vanessa and Pamela - before Elevate was born, they all worked together at EFX.
She’s known for her amazing men’s cuts, and her knockout blow drys! One of her favourite aspects of hairstyling is getting to have one-on-one time with her clients. Her daughter, lovingly referred to as “Kiki”, is aways on her mind.

Kat Donofrio | Stylist
Have you ever heard the phrase, “She got it from her mama”? Well that’s Kat. Her mom was an amazing stylist that taught her the ropes. She lives with her tattoo artist boyfriend and their two darling cats. She also loves a good DIY!
My motto : You don’t know what you don’t know, so never close yourself off to learning.
Obsessed with: Hobbies! Sewing, knitting, whatever catches her eye on Pinterest.
Erin Patterson | Apprentice
You might recognize Erin’s face from behind the front desk where she sat for almost 3 years. After assisting the girls throughout that period during their busiest times, she decided to become a hair stylist! She is currently completing her Apprenticeship.
She is a pop culture junkie who went to school for Communications - so she has no problem chatting. She loves trying out new restaurants and spending time with her friends & family.
My motto: Life is too short to have hair you hate.
Obsessed with: A good dipping sauce and Trader Joe’s!
My best feature: Ability to make people smile and feel good!
Amanda | Apprentice
We just LOVE our little Amanda! She has been with us just over a year and we wouldn’t have it any other way. From the moment we interviewed her we knew she was too sweet to pass up on. She is calm, patient, and eager to learn more every day! She is also great at braiding! Did we mention she is one of 3 triplets born on Halloween?!?
