About Elevate Beauty Lofts
Elevate Beauty Lofts is a boutique private-loft hair salon in Etobicoke, known for personalized, high-touch service in an intimate studio setting — not a chair-to-chair chain. We’re built around colour expertise (led by owner and Master Colorist Pamela Facey) and a team of stylists who each bring their own specialty, from precision cutting to balayage to men’s grooming. We carry MOOD haircare in-studio and use Fresha for booking, so clients enjoy a smooth, modern experience from the moment they book.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced stylist who’s ready to bring their book of business into a salon that will support and elevate it.
The Role
We’re seeking a licensed hair stylist with an established, loyal clientele to join our private-loft studio. This is an ideal opportunity for a stylist who wants more autonomy, a more elevated environment, and a team that invests in growing the business together — without starting from zero.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver cutting, colour, and styling services with a consistent, high-end client experience
- Maintain and grow your existing client base within the Elevate studio
- Build new clientele through referrals, retail, and salon-driven marketing support
- Recommend and sell MOOD retail products as part of the client consultation
- Manage your own schedule and bookings through Fresha
- Collaborate with the team on technique, trends, and client care standards
- Maintain your private loft space to Elevate’s studio standards
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Ontario cosmetology/hairstylist license
- A minimum of 3+ years behind the chair, with a portable, established client base
- Strong technical skills in cutting and/or colour (balayage, foiling, colour correction a plus)
- A professional, reliable, and client-first approach
- Comfort using Fresha (or willingness to migrate your book onto our system)
- A collaborative spirit — we’re a small team and we support each other

- Full reception and scheduling support — our front desk team handles booking, confirmations, rebooking, and client communication through Fresha, so you’re not managing your calendar solo
- Regular training, onsite and offsite — ongoing education in technique, colour, and trends to keep your skills current and your services priced at their full value
- Retail commission on MOOD product sales
- A warm, low-drama team culture focused on craft and client care
