Time for fresh starts and new beginnings! Although it doesn’t quite feel like a fresh start (still in lockdown mode over here) we can still start fresh by starting with a mindset shift!
So what if we can’t eat out, see a movie, gather with friends, travel or celebrate birthdays (in the “normal” way). Even with all that being said, there is still a way to shift your mind from seeing our current circumstances as a negative!
I’m sure you could write a long list of what you can’t do vs. what you used to do, but we can show gratitude for this moment and find peace among the chaos. “Normal” life will return soon enough and we’ll all wish we had the time again to slow down and appreciate some of the opportunities we’ve had during this lockdown (myself included).
With that being said, this doesn’t mean that I don’t REALLLLLLLLLY miss all of you. I miss our convos, I miss making you all feel beautiful, I miss that family community, I miss my team, I miss seeing the confidence you all have when you walk out our doors… But, that will come again one day soon.
